Terms of service

The rules for using Tenderlytix, in plain words. The short version: the AI helps you read a tender faster; you check it and you decide.

1.About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Tenderlytix (“Tenderlytix”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you use the free tender PDF check, create an account, or use a workspace. By doing any of these you accept the terms.

Tenderlytix is a business tool. If you use it for a company, a firm or a client, you confirm that you may accept these terms for them, and “you” includes that business.

2.The service

Tenderlytix reads government tender documents you upload and produces a structured summary: key dates, EMD, eligibility, risks, documents to submit and a participation score. In a workspace it can also draft annexures, pre-bid questions and emails, answer questions about the tender text, and send reminder emails before a bid end date.

  • The free check needs no account and shows a limited result for one PDF.
  • A workspace needs an account and keeps your tenders, results and company profile.
  • Tenderlytix does not submit bids for you, does not log in to any portal for you, and does not fetch tenders from portals. It is not part of, or endorsed by, GeM, CPPP or any state procurement portal.

3.Your account

Sign-in is handled by our identity provider. Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us at support@tenderlytix.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what the people you invite do.

4.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload anything you have no right to upload, or anything unlawful;
  • try to get around rate limits, bot checks, credit limits or access controls, or probe the service for weaknesses without our written permission (see our security.txt for reporting);
  • scrape the service, copy it, or reverse engineer it, except where the law lets you;
  • resell or give access to the service to others without our written agreement;
  • send load that harms the service for other people.

5.Your content and our licence to process it

You keep ownership of what you upload (tender documents, your company profile and anything you type) and of the results and drafts made from it. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, copy and process that content, and to send it to the AI and infrastructure providers listed in the privacy notice, only to run the service for you, keep it secure and fix problems.

Tenderlytix does not train AI models on your documents. Feedback or corrections you send us may be used to improve how the product reads tenders. You are responsible for having the right to upload the documents you upload; tender documents are normally issued to bidders for this kind of use.

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy notice.

6.AI output is not legal or bid advice

The summaries, scores, recommendations and drafts are made by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. A value may be missed, misread from a scanned page, or taken from the wrong part of a bundle. Where the product cannot find a value it says Not confirmed; treat that, and every other value, as a pointer back to the tender and not as a replacement for reading it.

Nothing from Tenderlytix is legal, financial, tax or bid advice. A participation score or a bid recommendation is a starting point for your own judgement.

7.You are responsible for your bids

You decide whether to bid and what to submit. Before you submit, check the details against the original tender document, its corrigenda and the portal, including the bid end date, EMD, eligibility and the documents required. We are not responsible for a bid that is late, incomplete, rejected or lost, or for a penalty or forfeited EMD, whether or not it relied on output from Tenderlytix.

8.Fees and credits

  • Each workspace gets a number of free tenders every month. The number is shown on the pricing page and may change.
  • After that, a tender uses one credit. Credits are bought in packs. The pack size and price, or “price on request”, are shown on the pricing page.
  • You pay by UPI or against an invoice. We add the credits to your workspace after we receive payment. Any applicable taxes, such as GST, are shown on the invoice.
  • Credits do not expire.
  • If a tender fails to process, the credit it used is returned to your workspace.
  • Re-running a tender after you add a document or update your profile does not use a credit.
  • Money paid for credits is not refunded in cash unless the law requires it or we agree in writing. If you think you were charged in error, write to sales@tenderlytix.com.

9.Availability and changes to the service

We run the service on third-party hosting and AI providers and aim to keep it available, but we do not promise it will always be, or be error-free. We may change, add or remove features, and may pause the service for maintenance. If we make a change that matters to what you have paid for, we will tell you.

10.Our rights

The service, its software, design and the Tenderlytix name belong to us. While your account is active you may use the service for your own bidding. You may use the results and drafts for your own bids and your clients' bids.

11.No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that results are accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose, and none that you will be eligible for, or win, any tender.

12.Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, contracts or a tender opportunity, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for all claims about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the event the claim is about. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You will cover claims by others that the content you uploaded breaches their rights or the law.

13.Ending the agreement

You can stop using Tenderlytix at any time. You can delete your tenders in the workspace, and you can ask us to delete your account data by writing to privacy@tenderlytix.com.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the service or put it or other users at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first. When access ends, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature continue (for example those on ownership, liability and governing law) continue.

14.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Before going to court, please write to legal@tenderlytix.com so we can try to settle it.

15.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For a change that matters, we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. If you keep using Tenderlytix after that, you accept the new terms.

16.Contact

Questions about these terms: legal@tenderlytix.com. We reply within two working days. Other addresses are on the contact page.
