What Tenderlytix does with your tender

Upload a government tender PDF. Tenderlytix reads it, shows where each value came from, helps you decide whether to bid, and gets the paperwork started.

The examples on this page come from one public GeM bid: GEM/2026/B/8054833, Gujarat Informatics Limited.

  • WorkspaceIn the workspace: the full tender, kept for you.

1 of 5 · Read

Every page, in every file

A tender is rarely one file. Tenderlytix reads what you give it, scans included, and tells you when it could not read all of it.

  • The bid document, the RFP and the corrigendum, read together

    Workspace

Add up to five PDFs to one tender, each up to about 25 MB, and they are read as one bundle. A tender can hold up to ten documents over its life, so a corrigendum that comes out later can still be added.

The free check reads one PDF of up to about 8 MB.

    In the sample tender

The sample bid never states a tender value and says to check the RFP. In the workspace the RFP goes into the same tender, so both are read together.

  • Scanned pages are read with text recognition

    Free check

When a PDF has almost no selectable text, its pages are read with text recognition (OCR). A poor scan can still come out wrong, which is why values carry source lines in the workspace.

    For example

A scanned NIT is read page by page. Only a limited number of pages of each scanned file are read, and the result names any file that was cut short.

  • It tells you what it did not read

    Workspace

If a very long tender is cut short, the result says which file and how much of it was read. Nothing is skipped silently.

    For example

A long scanned RFP shows a notice with the file name and how many pages were read, next to the values taken from it.

2 of 5 · Check

Every value, with its source

A wrong EMD or a missed date costs more than the time it saves. So each value shows its evidence, or says it has none.

  • The line each key value was read from

    Workspace

Bid end date, pre-bid meeting date, tender value, EMD, EMD exemption, performance security, turnover, net worth, experience and certification rules come with the line from the tender. A line counts only when it is really found in your document. The page number is not recorded, so use the line to search the PDF.

    In the sample tender

Bid end date: 13 Oct 2026, 6:00 pm

Quoted from the bid document: “Bid End Date/Time 13-10-2026 18:00:00”

  • Not confirmed, instead of a guess

    Workspace

If no line in your documents states a value, it is marked Not confirmed and you are asked to check it.

    In the sample tender

Tender value: Not stated. The bid document refers to an estimated bid value but never states one. Check the RFP.

  • Corrections that the deadline and the score follow

    Workspace

If a value is wrong, correct it. The corrected value is what the deadline, the reminders and the participation score use from then on.

    For example

Correct a wrongly read EMD and the cash-pressure check in the score is worked out again with your figure. Tell us on the Feedback page so the cause can be fixed.

3 of 5 · Decide

Is this tender worth your week?

These are aids to your judgement. They show their working so you can disagree with them.

  • A first read in about a minute

    Free check

The summary, key dates, EMD and tender value, eligibility highlights, documents to submit, pre-bid checklist, risks and technical and financial requirements, and one sentence on whether to bid.

The lists are shorter than in the workspace.

    In the sample tender

For the sample bid: bid end 13 Oct 2026, 6:00 pm, EMD ₹22,50,000, tender value not stated.

  • A participation score from eight checks

    Workspace

A score from 0 to 100 from eight checks: turnover gap, EMD cash pressure, deadline urgency, certifications, experience match, evaluation method, project duration and red flags. Each check shows its reason, so you can see why the score moved.

    In the sample tender

EMD (earnest money) of ₹22,50,000 counts against you only if it is more than 5% of the cash reserve in your profile. The evaluation (QCBS, technical 70 : financial 30) is not pure lowest-price, so it costs nothing on the evaluation check.

  • Eligibility checked against your company

    Workspace

Each requirement is marked Met, Partial, Not Met or Unknown against your turnover, certifications, past projects and registrations, with a note on why.

    For example

A certificate the tender asks for is compared with the ones in your profile, and the requirement is marked Met, Partial, Not Met or Unknown, with a note on why.

  • A recommendation you can argue with

    Workspace

Go, Conditional Go or No-Go, with the strengths, the gaps and the action items behind it, and a short reasoning that names the tender and company factors it rests on.

    For example

A Conditional Go comes with the gaps to close first, listed as action items you can work through.

4 of 5 · Prepare

Start the paperwork, not from a blank page

Drafts and lists to check and edit. You sign and submit; Tenderlytix does neither.

  • Documents to submit, marked held or missing

    Workspace

The tender's list of required documents, checked against the proofs you tick in your company profile (PAN, GST, Udyam, balance sheets, solvency and more). Nothing is uploaded; the gaps show up early.

The free check lists the documents but cannot mark what you hold.

    For example

Tick your Udyam certificate once and every tender's list shows it as held. A document you never ticked shows as missing.

  • Annexure drafts as Word files, with your signatory

    Workspace

The forms and annexures that the tender itself includes become Word drafts filled with your company details and your authorised signatory. Check every line and put them on your letterhead. A form the tender only mentions cannot be drafted.

    For example

Where a form asks for the signatory, the name, designation, relation (S/o, D/o or W/o), age, address and power-of-attorney date are filled from the signatory you saved.

  • Pre-bid questions worth asking

    Workspace

A draft list of questions to raise with the buyer before the pre-bid meeting, written from this tender's text.

    In the sample tender

The missing tender value is the kind of gap a pre-bid question is for. The sample's pre-bid meeting was on 30 Sep 2026, 3:00 pm.

  • Email drafts for your team and the buyer

    Workspace

Three drafts filled in from the tender: an internal pre-bid note for your team, a summary for whoever decides, and a clarification request to the buyer.

    For example

The clarification request is addressed to the buyer with the tender reference, and covers the usual points: payment milestones, project duration, eligibility documents, certifications and evaluation. Edit it and send it yourself.

  • Ask the tender a question

    Workspace

Ask about a clause in plain words and get an answer with the excerpts it was taken from, so you can check them.

    For example

Is consortium bidding allowed? What are the penalty clauses? What turnover is required?

5 of 5 · Track

Nothing slips after the first upload

Tenders change after you read them. Tenderlytix keeps up, and keeps the date in front of you.

  • Reminder emails before the bid end date

    Workspace

About a week before, three days before, the day before and on the day, counted in India time. They go to the person who uploaded the tender, and you can turn them off in your settings. A reminder is a nudge, not a guarantee; confirm the date on the portal.

    In the sample tender

For a bid ending on 13 Oct 2026, the emails come around 6 Oct, 10 Oct, 12 Oct and on 13 Oct.

  • Corrigendum? Add it and re-run

    Workspace

Add the corrigendum or the pre-bid reply to the tender and re-run it. You see what changed, the deadline follows the new document, and the reminders move with it. A re-run does not use up a free tender or a credit.

    For example

A corrigendum that moves the bid end date gets its own set of reminders for the new date.

  • All your tenders in one list

    Workspace

Search your tenders, filter by risk or document type, and sort by bid end date to see which one is next.

    For example

Sort by bid end date and the tender closing soonest is at the top.

  • Excel and PDF export

    Workspace

An Excel workbook with the summary, submission checklist, eligibility, key dates, risks, bid recommendation and pre-bid questions on separate sheets, and a PDF report, to share with people who do not use Tenderlytix.

    For example

Download the workbook and send the Key Dates sheet to the person preparing the bid.

Limits

What Tenderlytix does not do

Knowing the edges is part of trusting a tool.

  • It is not legal or bid advice

The score and the recommendation are starting points. You stay responsible for compliance, pricing and your submission.

  • It does not submit bids

It does not sign, upload or send anything to a portal for you.

  • It does not fetch tenders

It does not log in to GeM, CPPP or any state portal. You download the PDF and upload it.

  • It does not predict whether you will win

It shows how much work and risk a tender carries for your company, not your chance against other bidders.

  • It does not decide your price

Your rates, margins and the financial bid are yours.

  • It reads PDFs only

Word files, spreadsheets and pages saved from a portal need to be exported to PDF first.

  • It can be wrong

AI models can misread a clause, most often in poor scans. That is why values carry source lines and unsupported ones say Not confirmed. Check what matters.

Why we built it

Built for bidders, by someone who has worked in tendering

Tenderlytix was started by someone who has worked in tendering. Reading a tender properly takes hours, and the surprises sit in annexures and corrigenda, not on the first page.

So the first read should show where it found each value, say plainly when it did not find one, and leave the decision with the person who knows the business. That is the whole idea.

It is made in India, for bidders on GeM, CPPP and state portals. If it gets something wrong, we want to hear about it.
