From tender PDF to submission, step by step

Follow one tender through Tenderlytix.

  1. Step 1 of 7

    Every page is read

Upload the tender PDF. In the workspace you can add the GeM bid, RFP or corrigendum that goes with it, up to five files in one run. Scanned pages are read with text recognition. If a very long tender is cut short, the result says how much was read, so nothing is skipped silently.

  2. Step 2 of 7

Key values come out with their source

Bid end date, pre-bid meeting, EMD, performance security, turnover and experience rules come out as plain values. In the workspace, each one carries the line from the tender it was read from, so you can check it in seconds instead of hunting through annexures.

    In the sample tender

    Bid end date
    13 Oct 2026, 6:00 pm
    “Bid End Date/Time 13-10-2026 18:00:00”
    EMD (earnest money)
    ₹22,50,000
    “EMD Amount 2250000”
  3. Step 3 of 7

No supporting line? It says Not confirmed

If no line in the document states a value, Tenderlytix marks it Not confirmed and asks you to check, instead of guessing. If a value is wrong, correct it. Your correction is what the deadline and the score use from then on.

    In the sample tender

    Tender value
    Not confirmed

The bid document refers to an estimated bid value but never states one.

Try it on your own tender

  4. Step 4 of 7

A participation score you can question

A score from 0 to 100, built from eight checks: turnover gap, EMD cash pressure, deadline urgency, certifications, experience match, evaluation method, project duration and red flags. Use it to decide whether a tender deserves your week. It is a starting point for your judgement, not a verdict.

  5. Step 5 of 7

Documents to submit, and annexures drafted

See the documents the tender asks for, marked against the documents you have told us you hold, so gaps show up early. Annexure formats come as Word drafts filled with your company details and signatory, ready for you to check and put on your letterhead.

  6. Step 6 of 7

    Corrigendum? Add it and re-run

When a corrigendum or a pre-bid reply changes dates or terms, add it to the tender and re-run. You see what changed, and the deadline follows the new document. Re-runs do not use up a free tender.

  7. Step 7 of 7

A reminder before the bid end date

Tenderlytix emails you about a week before the bid end date, three days before, the day before and on the day. If a corrigendum moves the date, the reminders move with it. You can turn them off in your settings.

Questions bidders ask

Short answers to what bidders ask before they upload a tender.

More answers in the FAQ

Is the free check really free?

Yes. Upload one tender PDF, up to about 8 MB, and get a snapshot. No account and no payment.

Which tenders does it read?

Government and PSU tenders from GeM, CPPP and state e-procurement portals: NITs, RFPs, GeM bid documents and corrigenda. You upload the PDF; Tenderlytix does not connect to the portals. Scanned PDFs are read with text recognition.

Can I trust the values?

Check them. AI models read your documents and can misread a clause, especially in poor scans. In the workspace each key value shows the line it came from, values without a supporting line are marked Not confirmed, and you can correct any value. Tenderlytix is not legal or bid advice; you stay responsible for your submission.

What happens to my PDF?

The free check reads your PDF in memory and does not save the file or its text. In the workspace your files, the extracted text and any annexure drafts are stored with your workspace so you can come back to them. The Privacy page explains how uploads and logs are handled.

When does the workspace open?

It is opening by invite to a few tender consultants and GeM sellers at a time. Leave your email below and we will send you one.
